Important notes:
- By law the minimum age to tandem skydive in Australia is 16 years old. If under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must be present on the day of the jump.
- Once at the drop zone, all customers are subject to a weight assessment by a Tandem Master. While we’d absolutely love to be able to take everyone skydiving, we do have some limitations when it comes to weight. Please contact the drop zone you are jumping at directly to find out the weight limit specific to that location. If 94kg or over, surcharges do apply.
- We recommend removing any loose items before your skydive, including dentures or false teeth.
- Personal accident insurance is included in the cost of your skydive. This will cover you for up to $50,000 in medical cover.
- You must ensure you have not been scuba diving 24 hours prior to skydiving due to the change in altitude and pressure.
- It is important to inform us before booking if you have had any recent injuries or surgeries, restrictions on your physical ability or have any mobility issues at all. Please advise if you suffer from epilepsy or have any heart conditions. This may mean you cannot skydive.
- Skydiving is weather dependant, and therefore your scheduled jump time / pick-up time / pick-up location may be altered accordingly. Please have your mobile phone switched on within the 24 hours before your skydive, in the event we need to make contact.
- It is crucial that you call Skydive Australia 24 hours in advance of your skydive to confirm your booking, exact start times & pick-up location, etc.
Not included:
- Video and photo packages. These can be purchased on the day of your skydive.
What to bring:
- We recommend loose, casual clothing such as active wear, jeans or tracksuit pants. You must wear fully enclosed shoes, such as running or sports trainers. Hiking boots and high heels are not appropriate.
